D Innovation Labs ("we", "our", or "us") is an independent game studio based in India. We operate mobile applications available on iOS and Android platforms. This privacy policy explains how our apps handle information.

Information We Collect

Our apps do not directly collect, store, or process any personal information. We do not require user accounts, registrations, or logins. We do not gather names, email addresses, locations, or other identifying data.

Third-Party Advertising

Our apps display ads through Google AdMob. This advertising service may automatically collect the following information:

  • Device identifiers — Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
  • IP address
  • Device information — device type, model, operating system and version
  • General location — country/region level, derived from IP address
  • App usage data — interaction data, ad engagement metrics

This data is collected and processed by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites.

You can change your tracking preference at any time:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can disable personalized advertising through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (disable for our app)
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Data Retention

We do not store any user data on our servers. Third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob) retain collected data according to their respective retention policies. You can learn more about Google's data retention practices in their Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since our apps do not collect any personal data directly, no data from minors is stored on our servers. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our advertising partners, please contact us.

Data Security

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no user data at risk on our side. All data processing related to advertising is handled by Google AdMob under their security practices.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding data processed by our advertising partners:

  • Access — request information about data collected about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — request erasure of your data
  • Opt-out — withdraw consent for personalized advertising

Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, Indian users have the right to access, correct, and erase their personal data. For data held by advertising partners, please refer to Google's Privacy Tools.
